Hello, my name is Dan Street & I’m the owner of Street Feet.
As a former soldier, whether I was stomping up & down the parade square, or trudging along on a route march, there was always some annoying little foot niggle that always seemed to ruin my day.
So, being a perpetual foot sufferer, when I left the forces I decided to retrain as a podiatrist at the University of Southampton. Following this intense period of learning (& proudly gaining an Honours Degree in Podiatry), I spent a few years working in the NHS getting to grips with complex foot problems, before I decided to start my own practice – Street Feet.
Through my work in the hospitals, I saw first-hand how the feet could be affected by various conditions & I realised that through regular monitoring, in combination with the provision of skilled, regular, routine footcare, many of the serious problems could be allayed & even prevented. That is why, from day one, I wanted Street Feet to be all about providing professional, frontline footcare.
